Most accessory and watches orders are processed and shipped within 3 days"Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays" of the purchase.

All orders ship from Japan and are labeled with a customs declaration form which includes an accurate description of the contents.
Prices do not include any tax or duty. The buyer is solely responsible for any tax or duty that may be charged by the customs authority at the time of import (as well as any service fees charged by the carrier). Since these charges vary by country (and are not always applied consistently), we're not able to estimate the amount that may be charged. If you're concerned about import fees that may apply to your order, please consult with the customs authority in your country before placing an order.
Lost / Missing / Delayed Packages: If packages disappear en route, which occasionally happens, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Likewise, if a package has significantly exceeded the expected transit time (an indication that it may be lost), we will ensure that you get a replacement or a refund. However, refused packages or packages that are returned to us due to customer neglect ( not available for signature, did not pick up from final destination facility, and similar circumstance) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
VAT & IMPORT FEES
Please note that our prices exclude VAT, you therefore may have to pay import taxes according to the laws of the specific country you are receiving it in.
This is handled by your national customs authority, we can not give you an accurate estimate of these costs.
Please check with your regional customs authority for more information about import fees.
In case the customer refuses to pay this VAT and the item(s) is returned to our Japan office, we will charge the handling fee”25% restocking fee”.
RETURN POLICIES
You have the right to return and exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website. The product(s) must be completely unused – watch/watch band that have been worn even once cannot be returned – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. In addition, you need to contact us and ship the items back to us within 7 days of receiving it. In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our office for a refund to be made. Refunds will only be for the product(s) price. Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or broken during return shipping.
In the event that the product delivered is found to be faulty, please contact us from the form below within one week of the completed delivery. We will respond as soon as possible to guide you accordingly.
WARRANTY
LEVEL7 watches come with a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Valid only for movement failures caused by normal use.
For repair requests, please contact us from the form below with your order name, order number, and how the damage/incident happened.

2. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
3. Water damage due to negligence (example: crown not fully screwed in, etc.)
4. Moisture damage due to use in a hot tub, sauna or any other heat/steam related extreme temperature environments
5. Case back opened / repairs made within the warranty period by a third-party
